What to expect during our Design Consultation.
Here we will discuss how do you envision your home, what are your preferences in colors, styles, and also we’ll talk about your lifestyle by the reason that I want to make sure that I will satisfy your unique needs.
After I gather some information about you like what kind of lifestyle you had. And then I will share to you what’s like working with the Colex from the design process and throughout the construction phase. Creating you a exceptional space and a unique designs is my priority, this requires a time and effort that won't happen overnight.
Budget is a key consideration in any design project. To help you determine your cost, I'll provide a helpful budget worksheet. We'll also discuss my design fees and how my expertise can significantly enhance your project. And finally after that we'll discuss how we'll work together, including communication, my availability, and what you can expect from me as your designer.
Following our consultation, I’ll prepare a comprehensive report outlining my recommendations and a detailed proposal for our collaboration. And the we’ll set and schedule for a in-person meeting or a virtual meeting here we can review the report together and discuss to you the prospective layout of the area by giving you a 2D plan and the present to you a 3D Modeling here you can visualize how we incorporated the design outcome and present to you a walk-through.
